COVid-19/Coronavirus information update (effective 6/5/2022):

  • Due to new massage protocols clients must:
    • wear masks upon entry to the office as recommended by county,
    • sign the Covid-19/Coronavirus Liability Form,
    • wash hands prior to the session,
    • bring their own water for hydration, if desired
  • If you have a fever, feel ill, have any Coronavirus/Covid-19 symptoms or other sickness prior to the appointment session, you will have to reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 15 days out and may be subject to providing a written doctor's clearance before your appointment.
  • Staff may wear a mask and other additional garments according to CDC and State Medical Board recommended protocols for both your safety and the staff. 
  • Please allow time between sessions due to new cleaning and social distancing protocols.
  • Children are not permitted unless being serviced.
  • The waiting room is unavailable except for the current client only and one guest.  Other clients must remain outside until their appointment time.
  • Transportation (e.g. friends, family, Uber, Lyft, etc. ) must wait in their vehicle for drop off and pick up if more than one person.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Forms of payment accepted are cash, debit, credit card, HSA ( Healthcare Savings Accounts),  PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, BWC (Bureau of Workers Comp), SpaFinder & Spa Week Giftcards, certain gift certificates. Contact us with inquiries.

Can I schedule an appointment online ?

This feature is available. The online scheduling software will show availability for your session length.

Information for new clients:

Please note that a credit card deposit may be required to hold your appointment. Please come at least 10 minutes early to fill out the intake paperwork.

 

Other Fee information:

There is currently a scheduled session fee for same day cancellations and no call/no shows. If you are sick, you are exempt from this fee and subject to reschedule 15 or more days from your canceled appointment date. *If inclimate weather, power outage, or other business affected/ unforseen reason where we have to cancel your appointment, a fee will not be charged to you.

For all cancellations, 24 hour notice is strongly encouraged, notifying the office via phone, text, voicemail or email of your intent to cancel or reschedule. No same day cancel fee is charged for Inclement weather or government shutdowns. However, frequent cancellations and no call/ no shows will result in future client appointment refusal, dismissal or banning.

 

I (you the Client) have a Gift Certificate/Gift Card/ Promotion/Coupon/Voucher Code, Worker's Comp C-9 Approval or Doctor Referral: 

The code, number or approval information, must be entered in Client Notes and/or given when making your appointment and then presented at your office visit. Not having this vital information may either deduct time away from your scheduled session when you arrive or you may have to reschedule your appointment. Refunds are not given.

Please do not come without your prepayment verification information (unless you are already scheduled for, and have begun a series as your information will be on file).

When booking your appointment, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and reminder via system email and text. If you need to cancel or reschedule please email us and/or call the schedule line and leave a message before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Texting is also available. Reminder and response calls come from our schedule line: 888-976-1323 x4 or direct lines, so please look out for us and be sure to check your voicemail and be sure that your voicemail is not full so that we can leave a message.

OFFICE DIRECTIONS:  8223 Brecksville Rd. SUITE 1, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 near Brecksville Rd. and Fitzwater, In the subdivision of Brecksville Commons, next to the carwash and diagonally across the street from Burntwood Tavern. Building 8223 LOWER LEVEL (around the building) by ALLSTATE Insurance, to the immediate LEFT. facing building 8227.

STILL LOST? : The office entry is located in the middle section of the office subdivision. Before the main entrance of the 8223 building - notice the sign that says 8223 Upper Level->, ^ 8223 Lower Level on your way. The office is located on the lower level that can only be accessed outside around the brick building.
(Simply - if you see a digital code box at 8223 that is upper level, with your back to that door, go to the right, make another immediate right around the building, look to the right again.) The  left of Allstate Insurance which faces building 8227. There is a sign in front that displays 8223 Fostering Forward Movement.
