Before scheduling and within 24 hours prior to your appointment ask yourself:

- Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?
- Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
- Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 10 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has Coronavirus-type symptoms?

• Chills - Repeated Shaking with Chills
• Fever - Headache - Sore Throat
• Muscle Pain - Fatigue - Diarrhea

Rate of scheduled service is now charged for Same Day cancellation, NC/NS fee to be charged or paid prior to next appointment. (If illness - no fee charged and will have to reschedule 15 or more days out.) Please kindly call or email to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No same day cancel fee charged for Inclement weather, power outage or government shutdowns.
